1. I don’t like giving my credit card details. Is there some other way to purchase your plans?

I'm sorry but the plans are only available through this website. The Paypal site which will process your order is totally secure and your details will be safe.

2. Are the plans available through the post?

No. The plans are only available via email from the Payloadz server after you have made your payment to Paypal. They do not come as a hard copy or on disc.

3. Can I build the engines without a lathe?

No. I am afraid that this is not possible.

4. How long does it take for the plans to arrive?

The plans are sent as an email download immediately your credit card details are given. To see how to order go to buying the plans.

5. How do your plans differ form other model steam engine plans offered on the
Internet?

My plans consist of around 25 pages of diagrams, photographs and detailed instructions on how to make every part for the engine. Every component for the engine has its own section in the plans which show you how to go from the stock metal to the finished part. The plans also have a section on fault finding in the event that your engine does not run properly. Most other plans simply give you the component diagrams and leave you to get on with making it yourself.

6. Are the dimensions in the plans in metric or imperial units?

All the dimensions are given in metric units, cms and mms.

7. Why do you not include a boiler in your plans?

8. Are my metalworking skills sufficient to build one of these engines?
